Description

The RNA & Spatial Profiling Shared Resource provides single-cell and high-plex spatial transcriptomics services to support translational and basic research across species and sample types. Using industry-leading instruments and validated workflows, the Resource prepares libraries and performs in situ profiling that preserve tissue context and enable gene- and subcellular-resolution studies. Applications include single-cell gene expression, chromatin accessibility, multiome profiling, CRISPR perturbation assays, Visium spatial transcriptomics (SD and HD), and high-plex in situ RNA profiling with Xenium.

Goals

Advise and assist investigators in designing and implementing single-cell and spatial transcriptomics experiments to accelerate discovery, translational studies, and precision medicine. The Resource supports investigators by:

  • Consulting on experimental design (assay selection, sample prep, multiplexing, and controls)
  • Providing hands-on assistance with sample processing, library preparation, and quality control for single-cell, multiome, and spatial workflows.
  • Supporting grant applications and contributing technical sections for proposals.
